August and September—We begin planning our Christmas Activities during these months, including communications, food drive events, fund raising and others.

October and November—We begin our fund raising efforts, and prepare for our main events.

1st Week of December—Our work is in full swing, beginning with food drives with local organizations and schools and fund raising efforts.

2nd Week of December—We identify families and individuals in need based upon the results of food and fund raising efforts. We only commit to help individuals we have the resources to assist.

3rd Week of December—We package and deliver the food to those we have agreed to assist before families have purchased their Christmas Dinners. Our Storehouse is open the Thursday, Friday and Saturday prior to Christmas.

January through March—We thank those who have assisted in our efforts, evaluate the results of our year, and make plans for the coming year.

June and July—We complete our fiscal year end reporting and hold our annual board meetings.
